PrepNation is an official HYROX Training Club in Gràcia, Barcelona. Small groups, structured programming, measurable results. Four class formats: Engine, Strength, Transition, Simulation. Head coach Denis Falcan, with Mike, Paulina and Daniel. Coaching in English, Spanish and German.
