Return and refund policy

14 day right of withdrawal. As a consumer in the EU you may return any item within 14 calendar days of receiving it, without giving a reason. For pre-orders the 14 days start with delivery of the product, not with payment.

Condition. Items must be unworn, with tags and in their packaging.

How to return. Write to info@prepnation.es with your order number. Return free of charge in the gym at Carrer de Lluís Antúnez 1, Barcelona, or send it back by post at your own cost.

Refund. We refund the amount paid, including standard shipping, within 14 days of receiving the return or proof of shipment, to the original payment method.

Faulty items. Products carry the 3 year legal guarantee of conformity under Spanish law. Send photos and your order number to info@prepnation.es and we sort it out.

Size exchanges. Write to us. If the size is in stock, we handle it as a return plus a new order.
